Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — whether through the same identity, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be merged or closed, and balances associated with the non-primary Account may be forfeited.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

In the event of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Balances will be forfeited in all cases of breach-related closure. Where closure is at the User's request and no breach is identified, Real Money Balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
